Cookie Policy
Cookie Policy
Effective: May 2026 | In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2, Article 225) and Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a website. The web server uses them to recognize your device on your next visit, to store your settings (e.g. cart contents, logged-in status) and for other functions.
In addition to cookies, we also use similar technologies, such as web beacons, tracking pixels, local storage (localStorage) and device identifiers. In this policy, all of these technologies are referred to collectively as "cookies".
2. How we obtain your consent
When you first visit dglow.si you'll see a cookie banner where you can:
- Accept all cookies - allow all cookie categories to be used;
- Reject all non-essential cookies - only the strictly necessary cookies needed for the site to work are used;
- Manage settings - choose individual categories (analytics, marketing, personalization).
Strictly necessary cookies are loaded without your consent because they are essential for the online shop to work (Article 225 ZEKom-2). For all other categories, we obtain your explicit prior consent (opt-in).
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings. Once you withdraw your consent, we will stop using non-essential cookies.
